Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal allows any buyer who regrets a purchase for any reason to cancel it and obtain a refund.
This right must be exercised within 14 days of receiving the goods. The only non-refundable costs are shipping costs.
The cost of returning the item and any re-delivery is the responsibility of the buyer. The return costs are equal to the shipping costs paid, which vary depending on the destination country.

This right cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• Damage to the product due to reasons not attributable to transport
• Missing integral product components
