L'abbronzatura perfetta

L'estate è alle porte, e chi non vorrebbe ottenere subito un'abbronzatura dorata da sfoggiare sotto il sole?

[.] Prepara la pelle a ricevere al meglio i raggi solari
Uno scrub da fare 1-2 volte la settimana toglie le cellule morte e le impurità che fanno da barriera e impediscono alla pelle di abbronzarsi in maniera uniforme.

spesso, per la fretta di ottenere un'abbronzatura tropicale in poco tempo, si sceglie un fattore di protezione non consono alle reali esigenze della pelle. Questo può portare ad affrontare scottature, piccole ustioni, eritemi e, nel migliore dei casi, un'abbronzatura poco duratura.
Ricordati di partire con un fattore di protezione piuttosto alto, soprattutto per il viso, in modo da evitare macchie della pelle dovute a un eccesso di melanina e piccole rughe, per poi scalare gradualmente fino ai fattori piu' bassi.
